Our core pharmacy services are built around making it as easy as possible for East Palo Alto residents to stay healthy, stay on their medications, and get the care they deserve.
Prescription Refill Services
Need a refill? The fastest way is to call us directly at (650) 321-1449 Monday through Friday. Give us your prescription name and number, and we'll have it ready for pickup — or arrange free local delivery if you qualify.
Auto Prescription Refills
Never run out of a critical medication again. Enroll your eligible prescriptions in our automatic refill program. We'll fill your prescription before you run out and notify you when it's ready — eliminating the risk of missed doses.
Ask us whether your current prescriptions qualify. Auto refills are especially useful for chronic condition medications taken daily.

Prescription Transfer
Switching from a chain pharmacy? We make the transfer straightforward. Call us with the name of your current pharmacy, your prescription number(s), and your date of birth. We'll handle the transfer process and have your medication ready.
Transferring to an independent pharmacist means you get a practitioner who knows your name and your history — not a different face every visit.

Free Local Delivery
Drew Center Pharmacy offers free prescription delivery to East Palo Alto and surrounding areas. Deliveries run on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday within a 5-mile radius. To set up delivery, call us and provide your address and pickup preferences.
Ideal for patients who have difficulty traveling to the pharmacy, or for families who want the convenience of home delivery. Open to all patients with a valid address on file.

Our public fax center is available to all customers for sending and receiving documents. Services include:

Community Benefit Cardholders may receive discounts on fax and copy services. Ask at the counter for current rates.

Color Photo Services & Family Pictures
We offer color photo services for the community — including photo printing, color photo reproduction, and family picture services. A neighborhood convenience that reflects Drew Center's commitment to being a full-service community resource.

Utility Bill Payment — Western Union Convenience Pay
Drew Center Pharmacy is an authorized Western Union Convenience Pay agent. Pay your household utility and service bills here in person — with cash — without traveling to the provider's office or setting up online payment. A small service fee may apply. Dr. Arthur H. Lim, Pharm.D. is available Monday through Friday for free medication consultations. Questions about drug interactions, side effects, dosing, or your health conditions — no appointment needed. Just ask.

$4 and $10 Generic Plans
Over 200 qualifying generic medications for $4 (30-day supply) or $10 (90-day supply). Covers diabetes, blood pressure, cholesterol, thyroid, heart conditions, and common antibiotics. Ask at the counter to check your prescriptions.
