Drew Center Pharmacy ("we," "us," or "the pharmacy") is required by law to maintain the privacy of your protected health information, to provide you with notice of our legal duties and privacy practices with respect to your protected health information, and to notify you following a breach of unsecured protected health information. Information We Collect on This Website
When you submit a contact form or request on this website, we collect the information you provide — including your name, address, phone number, and email address — solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry or processing your request.
We do not use third-party advertising services, retargeting pixels, or behavioral tracking technologies on this website. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
This website may use basic analytics to understand general traffic patterns. Any such data is aggregated and not personally identifiable.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Drew Center Pharmacy does not sell or share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising purposes.

As a pharmacy, Drew Center Pharmacy is a covered entity under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA). We are required by law to protect the privacy of your protected health information (PHI) and to provide you with notice of our legal duties and privacy practices with respect to your PHI.

Changes to This Notice
We reserve the right to change this privacy notice. We reserve the right to make the revised or changed notice effective for health information we already have about you as well as any information we receive in the future. We will post a copy of the current notice in the pharmacy and on this website. The notice will contain the effective date on the first page.
Complaints
If you believe your privacy rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with Drew Center Pharmacy or with the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services. To file a complaint with us, contact:
